Baked Salmon with Lemony Garlicky Cream Sauce


Lemony garlicky cream sauce for our usual baked salmon in foil was a solution to use up leftover whipping cream. I could have simply whipped the leftover with a couple of teaspoons of Splenda and a dash of vanilla extract and put it on my morning toast along with strawberry jam while J was at work, but I chose a savory way to use the cream for both of us. The result was pretty good!
