Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen) Summer 2020

It's summer! It's time to enjoy Hiyashi Chuka. The toppings this time were the same as last time, but I cooked chicken differently because I accidentally made chicken so salty at that time. This time chicken was nicely done. I was happy with the entire dish. I hope to make it again before the summer ends.
