Quick French Onion Soup

During the winter I happened to see some recipes of French onion soup by Michelin star chefs and interestingly all of them didn't need the time-and-effort-consuming step to caramelize tons of onions, which requires to make authentic French onion soup. Each recipe has its own brilliant idea to create a deep complex flavor easily and quickly. I recently adapted one of the recipes and the result was wonderful. Commercial fried onions were a secret ingredient in this recipe. The soup was ready to eat in about an hour. I was happy that J liked the soup very much! I would like to make it again soon while I would like to try another potential recipe. J might find a kind of French onion soup on the table often in near future.
