Hayashi Spaetzle
This was Hayashi Spaetzle.
There was a little leftover red wine, so I made Hayashi that I haven't made long time. Again, I didn't match Hayashi with rice but did with Spaetzel this time. I adapted my recipe with a few changes like doubling mushrooms. My Hayashi was very meaty without meat.
