Scottish Scones with Currant & Walnut

These were homemade Scottish scones with currant and walnut.

Scones are one of our weekend breakfast options. They were easy to make and nothing is better than just out-of-oven fresh scones!
I added a little of freshly grated orange zest along with vanilla extra. Either opening a tender crumbly and still hot steamy scone with a knife and putting butter spread or honey, or just plain will make a happy morning.
