Skillet Chicken Pot Pie

This was skillet chicken pot pie.

Our Chicken Bouillabaisse successfully transformed into this hearty pot pie! It was J's idea. I added mushroom and baby peas to Chicken Bouillabaisse leftover, and covered with a pie lid. For the pie, I adapted a recipe of Cook's Illustrated's skillet chicken pot pie, reducing some amount of each ingredient to adjust the 12 inch pie recipe to my 10 inch skillet.
The pie was tasty without any trace of the truth that this was a leftover makeover. Interestingly it seemed that J preferred this pie version to our original Chicken Bouillabaisse.
