Tuna Salade Niçoise Sandwiches

This was tuna salad Niçoise sandwiches.

I baked our favorite homemade classic white sandwich bread in the morning so that the bread would be cooled enough to slice by the dinner time.
We opened a new mustard jar: Olivier's cognac mustard. Like other flavors of the brand that we liked, it was a decent product. We spread a lot of the mustard inside of the sandwich bread.
The recipe for the tuna salad was from Thomas Keller's cooking book: Bouchon. It can't go wrong with his recipe. The sandwich was awesome and very satisfying!
