Homemade Pizzas with Williams Sonoma's Pizza Sauce
These were homemade pizzas with two kinds of Williams Sonoma's pizza sauce.
We were at the store and happened to find them: Artichoke & Garlic and Pancetta & Calabrian Chili. We thought we would try them just for a new experience. Good news is that the store gave us a good discount because we bought two jars!
I made dough, following Lidia's recipe a day before. Toppings were J's choice.
To bake two pizza at once, I shaped pizza long oval. J arranged toppings neatly. Of course, we didn't forget adding cheese on these.
Ta-da! They were beautifully done!
Here is bad news. Both of the Williams Sonoma's pizza sauces tasted nothing... I found some spicy heat from Panchetta & Calabrian Chili sauce but no flavor. Artichoke & Garlic was bland too. At least we know we won't buy them again.
