Tricolor Vegetable Terrine
No oil, meat, fish, daily, broth, sugar, or egg. It was a complete healthy vegan appetizer! I adapted a recipe from a Japanese vegan cooking book. The main ingredient was Tofu. Carrot for orange, cashew nuts for white, broccoli for green. To set the terrine, agar powder worked perfectly.
I asked J what he though. He said, "I don't know." Uh-oh. For him, it didn't have taste. I certainly tasted Tofu and gently veggie. This was something like eating plain Tofu, which I am used to and I like. Maybe I can use some spice or herbs to make it more interesting for J.
