Alexandra's Pierogi

This was Alexandra's Pierogi - Kraut & Mushroom and Potato & Cheddar.

We accidentally found Kielbasa Factory, a Polish grocery store in Rockville, MD. We bought a Kielbasa that is now in our refrigerator. That will be another story. We also picked these Pierogi. A lady at the store recommended this brand. It's apparently popular Pierogi brand in Chicago.
They were frozen. I boiled them and pan-fried them with butter and olive oil to make the outside a little golden crispy. Then, garnishing with fresh parsley and chive from our garden. Since I cooked two kinds of Pierogi together, I was wondering how I could identify which was which. No problem. After cooked, Potato & Cheddar were slightly orange; Kraut & Mushroom were green-brown. Both were pretty tasty, much beyond my expectation based on my past experiment with these frozen products. We should buy more next time!
