Japanese Green Tea "Matcha" & Lima Bean "Shiro-An" Pound Cake

This was Japanese green tea "Matcha" and white bean "Shiro-An" pound cake.

I had frozen Shiro-An, sweeten cooked lima bean paste that I wanted to use soon. This was a solution. Creamed butter, added two eggs and Shiro-An, mixed in cake flour, baking powder and Matcha powder. Baked about 40 minutes. That's all!
Shiro-An made the texture a little bit grainy but the cake was soft and moist. Not so sweet. Good for breakfast.
