Fluffy Pancake Tower
According to J's request, I made pancake breakfast again. These pancakes are easy to make. And tasty! Just it takes a little bit time, though. I usually make 10 - 12 pancakes and my 12 inch non-stick pan can accommodate up to four pancakes at once. Therefore, I need to repeat about three times to make all and keeping early batches warm is challenging.
