Lime Bars with Toasted Coconut

This was lime bars with toasted coconut.

This was a transformation of my Lemon Cream Pie. Actually the lemon cream pie was inspired by Cook's Illustrated's key lime bars. So in fact this was close to the Cook's Illustrated's key lime bars, but less butter in the crust, and no cream cheese, less egg york, less lime zest in the filling. Still very rich, creamy and refreshing. Is there anything else I can trim from the original recipe?
