Eggs from Farmer's Market
These were fried eggs, not just eggs but eggs from Farmer's Market.
When we were at a Farmer's Market in Bethesda. I surprisingly ran into my friend. She, a Bethesda resident said she comes to the market every Saturday. I asked her what she usually buys. The answer was fresh eggs.
So we bought a dozen of eggs along with some vegetables and fruits. The morning of the next day, J made this fried egg breakfast. Well, honestly it was difficult for me to find what was special about the eggs. Maybe slightly brighter and cleaner taste than grocery eggs. Maybe the texture of the egg white was more springy. I couldn't find any bad aspects. Maybe that means they were good eggs. Anyway they were eggs.
As scrambled eggs with fresh chives, or
as J's special Western sandwich, the eggs were eggs at all.
