No-Meat Mabo-Tofu, updated

This was the latest updated version of no-meat Mabo-Tofu.

I liked my old recipe, but it's been a while since I made the dish, so I started looking for an alternative by adapting a new recipe that I found on Japanese cooking website, kyounoryouri. I made some changes, though. I replaced chicken soup powder and water with chicken soup, replaced Chinese style hot chili paste with J's Middle Eastern chili paste, skipped garlic chive, added more scallions, and newly added diced green bell pepper. It's not common to see green pepper in Mabo-Tofu, but why not more veggie? The result was very good! I liked the flavor and the addition of the green pepper. I am happy with the new no-meat Mabo-Tofu recipe!
