Breakfast Pasty

This was Breakfast Pasty from Celtic Pasties, if I correctly remember their name, a vendor at a farmers market in Fairfax, VA.

Filling was made with scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes, probably onion and maybe something else, which I don't remember...

However I remember it was pretty good! The outside pastry was light and tasty, not greasy, doughy or dry. The filling was also nice - all traditional breakfast flavors packed in a pocket!
