Popover, again

This was homemade popover, again!

I used King Arther Flour's mix again. I clearly remembered that at the last time I had wondered which instruction I should follow, one on the KAF's box or one that came with my new popover pan. I didn't remember which I did... Because I couldn't find one from the pan, I ended up with one on the box: "bake them at 400F for 34 to 38 minutes until they are deeply golden brown." I did.
And then we were in an emergency situation. Some popovers got stuck in the pan! Last time everyone came out from the pan beautifully, though. When the stuck popovers got cooled down, I managed to take them out after some struggling. The bottoms of them looked burnt. Maybe the temperature was high, I baked them too long, I didn't grease the pan heavily enough, or some or all of them. At least the popovers tasted very good; even those stuck on the pan, too. I will try to do better next time!
