Large Sourdough Bread

This was a large sourdough bread.

Instead of making two or three round breads like I did before, I made one large bread. The recipe was the same. I like the recipe doesn't rely on yeast and it's sugar-free! Bread rises simply with sourdough starter and time.
The bread was wonderfully tasty!! Its sourness was somewhat subtle, perhaps less than last two times, which we didn't mind. The texture was great. It had crunchy crust and chewy crumbs. What shall we have with this fantastic bread? We had an idea. To be continued...
