Smoked Pork and more

This was a real Southern feast for "Happy Father's Day" with J's parents - perfectly smoked juicy pork with homemade BBQ sauce, savory coleslaw, sweet corn, and baked beans (my favorite).

Summery watermelon salad was a beautiful starter.

Buns were my small contribution, which of the King Arthur Flour's recipe I tested this week (Meatloaf sandwich). I made 10 buns instead of 8 this time; the size was just right. I really like the taste and texture of the buns.
  
Everything was absolutely delicious. We dined on the deck under the trees, taking an advantage of the gorgeous weather. Why not?
