Apricot Crumble Bars

These were Apricot Crumble Bars... more precisely, the edges of Apricot Crumble Bars.

For a gift to the person who I was going to meet for lunch on the day, I quickly baked bars in the morning, packed the beautiful square-cut middle pieces in a box, and jumped onto a taxi to the train station. No time to take a picture of the pretty bars then.

The edges were not so handsome but importantly the taste was as great as that of the middles!
