Veggie Pad See Ew 2

This was a Thai noodle dish, Veggie Pad See Ew again.

The recipe was basically the same as the last time while I added celery, spinach, chive, skipping broccoli, and used thin Pad Thai noodle. I reduced brown sugar by half.

Although the noodle was kinda dry, the whole flavor was great! J's dried red chile pepper added a noticeable level (at least for me) of spiciness.

There was a small cup of chilled salad: Tomato, Edamame, and dill with lime-soy dressing.
