Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables

This was stir-fried rice noodles with vegetables.

It was a quick dish - soak noodle in hot water, stir-fry carrot, onion, and green bell pepper, and mix into noodle and sauce: Japanese Sake, low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fresh grated ginger. For taste, black pepper and Japanese seven spice mix is optional.
