Fish Tacos, again

This was taco-seasoned cod for fish tacos.

One of our favorite dishes in 2013 must be homemade fish tacos. We found a commercial fish taco mix that somehow makes nice fish tacos without any effort. Whenever we get a fillet of fresh white fish, we can make tacos with the seasoning.
Using non-usual-mexican four cheese mix is a new trend for us. The cheese for the last time was crumbled ricotta salata cheese. For this time, J picked ewe's cheese with Espelette pepper.
Interestingly it was nice with fish tacos!
