Pain de Campagne
I adapted a recipe from Japanese largest recipe website, Cookpad. The recipe called this bread Pain de campagne, but it was far from the traditional bread because the recipe called for milk, sugar, and a little bit of butter, which were not supposed to be in the bread. The authenticity was a question but the bread turned out well. It was a nice chewy white bread.
A real question was the shape. The bread strangely rose in the oven. It was weird indeed.
