Fettuccine alla Vongole
Since the restaurant is very close to our place, we usually do take-out, but we dined there this time to digress from our routine just for fun.
Linguine alla Vongole was actually on the menu, so fettuccine version was my special order. I always enjoy pasta with simple white wine based sauce like this. I realized my little Vongole had very white shells. Maybe I had never paid an attention to the color of shells, and they were always like that??? They tasted just like ordinary clams anyway. J ordered lobster ravioli that seemed his favorite these days and enjoyed this time too!
