Beef Stew in Sourdough Bread Bowl

This was beef stew in sourdough bread bowl.

When we started keeping our own sourdough starter, J said he would like to make a sourdough bread bowl and fill it with beef stew. I shall make his dream come true! For bread bowl, I followed the same recipe as the last time, but made three breads instead of two.
We cut top of the bread and created bowls! First we thought those bread bowls would be a little small and we would need to refill. Actually it didn't happen. Eating stew and the bowl made us so full!
The bread was wonderfully sour. Our starter did an excellent job! The crust had a pleasant texture like the last time, which made the bread a solid bowl. For the beef stew, I adapted a recipe from Cook's Illustrated. The recipe was named as "The Best Beef Stew." It sounded a little bit exaggerated, but the name can be proper. The stew was great! It was very deep, rich and flavorful, not oily or heavy or starchy. Beef chunks were so tender but not melting, dry, or stringy. Carrots and potatoes were perfectly done.
So, if this is not the best, what could it be?!
