Sourdough Biscuits, again

These were sourdough biscuits, again!

It was another time to feed our new sourdough starter. That means we had about 8 oz extra unfed starter that we have to use up, again, but I knew what to do with it. Let's make sourdough biscuits that J liked very much again! Luckily J was at home when I baked them. So we both enjoyed fresh biscuits that just came out from the oven.  
This time I made six, which was the number that the recipe said. I guess they were slightly larger than last time when I somehow made seven.
Again, they were not sour at all but very flavorful and truly wonderful. It's a magic of sourdough starter!
