Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Spätzle, again

This was Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Spätzle, again!

I didn't white wine, so I used Italian vermouth, Martini bianco instead. The sauce tasted a little too sweet for me although J didn't say anything. Perhaps he was being polite... Anyway, the dish was at least editable and made our tummies full.
