American Spoon's Stone Fruit Compote

This was American Spoon's stone fruit compote.

In short, it tasted as wonderful as their summer berry compote! The mixture of cherries, apricots and peaches brought a bright summer sunshine back to our breakfast table. I enjoyed the compote on over-popped popovers, and I am sure the whole jar will disappear fast.

I totally understand why both their stone fruit and summer berry compotes were quickly sold out. When American Spoon make and sell the compotes next year, which I hope they will do, I will definitely buy extra jars. Please come back!
