Hearty Lentil Soup, again
The recipe was the same as usual from Cook's Illustrated while I added a few celery ribs this time. Extra veggie is always welcome! Like the last time, I used our new soup mugs. I think the purchase of the soup mugs was a right thing. I expect we will see the mugs for dinner this fall/winter "soup" season!
