Fish Anytime - Japan 2016

One of my strategies during my visit to Japan was to eat as many fish as possible. It was easily achieved because you could access to many kinds of fresh fish anytime!

Like the last year, I asked my mother to bake Pacific saury, or Sanma for dinner. If you are in Japan in fall, you can't leave without eating it. Actually I had a baked Sanma dinner twice. Thanks my mother!
I also had Sashimi of red snapper and greater amberjack for lunch. Tasty!
Seared bonito salad was another day's dinner. Bonitos in fall are fat and delicious!
Hundreds of boiled young sardines with grated fresh Daikon radish and soy sauce was for breakfast. Yum.
I think the meals I had in Japan were much lighter and healthier than those I have been eating here. Let's make a meal lighter and eat more fish!
