More Sweets - Japan 2016
Not just only chestnut sweets, there are more sweets I love in Japan!
During my limited stay in Japan, I managed to enjoy sweetened gluten cake with sweetened red bean paste, wrapped with bamboo leaves. Yum.
Japanese green tea Matcha jelly with sweetened red bean paste and little Mochi balls was by Nakamura Tokichi Honten, an old tea shop established in Uji, Kyoto in 1854. Yum, yum.
A custard cream pudding made with special fresh ingredients from Hokkaido was ultra creamy and tasty, like eating premium rich custard ice cream!
Only three items? Hm, I could have eaten more.
