J's Cheesy Garlic Chive Sourdough Loaf
He is attached to garlic chives growing at a corner of our backyard. J made this bread with his adorable garlic chive and another his friend, or cheese, in this case, cheddar and Monterey Jack mix. He also added some caraway seeds. He might have added something else too, which I don't know. The base of the bread was our favorite simple French bread made with sourdough unfed starter. The result was nice savory bread. J seemed happy with his creation. I believe his garlic chives were happy in a cozy fluffy bread, too!
