Shoyu Ramen with Smoked Duck

It was our lucky day to find authentic ramen noodles at a frozen asian food section of a local Wegmans store. The noodles was made by Sun Noodle. I have never heard of the brand but the noodles looked fine. There were two flavors of soup available: Shoyu (soy sauce) and Miso. We bought one of each. When I came back home, I looked up the noodle maker. It seemed that their fresh ramen noodles were created in a very artisan way. I tried Shoyu soup first. Toppings were smoked duck, boiled eggs, Shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, and scallion. The result was very delicious! The noodles were tasty and the texture was pretty good. Let's try Miso next!
