Tagliatelle with Mushroom & Tomato Sauce


Waitrose's soffritto passata (smooth tomato purée with sautéed onion, carrot, celery and garlic) is an almighty player. This time adding leftover mushrooms in the sauce and served with tagliatelle. Such an easy and lazy cooking produced an absolutely delightful pasta dish. That's why I always let one bottle stand by in the pantry!
