While I was so busy in February and am still now, I haven't missed the rhubarb season! We enjoyed Bettys Rhubarb Tarts twice so far. I can't help but get any desserts with the beautiful pinky plants. That's a magic color.
I also didn't miss watching snowdrops in bloom! The sight of them helped me bring the peace of mind.
