Bettys Spring Frogs

It was mid-February when we saw Spring Frogs at Bettys shop first time! They looked so funny. We couldn't help but take two home. They were made from Genoese sponge with vanilla buttercream and covered with marzipan just like Bettys other seasonal marzipan cakes we have enjoyed in several different shapes.

We didn't know it would snow on the day. Snow started when we were out. When we reached Stray on our way home, it was the magical white world. When we visited Bettys, we were totally covered with snow! It was a kind of memorable day.
