Japanese Ramen @ Home

We bought two kinds of Japanese Ramen products at a Japanese grocery store in Düsseldorf and cooked them at home. One was Sho-yu (soy-sauce) Ramen and the other was Tan-Tan Ramen. Both products came with vacuum-sealed fresh noodles and concentrated soup base (vegan). I prepared toppings. Chashu (marinated braised pork), boiled egg and fresh scallions for Sho-yu Ramen. Miso-flavored vegan mincemeat and sautéed bok choy for Tan-Tan Ramen.

Both tasted very good! I liked the products although I forgot the name of them. I think I still remember how the packages looked like...
