Matcha Marble Pound Cake

This was Matcha marble pound cake.

I had about 1/2 cup of sour cream I needed to finish. Based on my recipe of black sesame marble cake, I made the cake with what I had in hand.
 
I used Splenda to make the cake sugar-free!
I LOVE any Matcha-flavored sweets. The green color of Matcha also makes sweets beautiful, well, in my opinion. With his first look at this cake, J made a comment that obviously meant the cake didn't look pretty... But I knew he ate at least two slices of the cake on the same day. The cake was a winner!
