Shepherd's Pie

This was Shepherd's Pie.

Unlike last time, I didn't add celery or baby pea, which means I simply followed Gordon Ramsay's recipe except Branston Pickle. I replaced it with dill pickles as usual. That's something I don't find at a grocery store.

I like mashed potato part, so I usually make the layer a bit more than what the recipe called for. Comfy homemade Shepherd's pie was so good for another chilly day.
