Poached Egges & Country Ham on Homemade English Muffins

These were poached eggs and country ham on homemade English muffins.

I gave J an egg poacher, an unexpected present. This was the first to try the new gadget. J closely checked the cooking egg status. White was cooked well and yolk was runny. Perfect! The shape of the egg was funny. They looked like some kind of future space food. The non-stick feature was great, which was the most important reason why I bought the poacher. I baked English muffins the day before. With country ham and Dijon mustard, we made egg & ham breakfast sandwich.
