Seafood Sandwich

This was seafood sandwich.

We like tuna salad and thought of making some with our homemade white sandwich bread. But we didn't have canned tuna. I went to a grocery store but didn't see the right brand. We are very picky for canned tuna. Then, imitation crab meat caught my eye. Maybe I could make something like seafood sandwich at Subway.

I fixed seafood salad just like tuna salad. Fresh tomato, cucumber and cheese were toppings. The sandwich was not bad. I guess better than tuna salad made with cheep canned tuna.
