Pan-Seared Steelhead Trout with Dill Sauce

This was pan-seared Steelhead Trout with dill sauce.

I marinated trout with lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, fresh garlic slices, Espelette pepper and vegetable oil for a few hours, and pan-seared the fish. For sauce, I mixed mayo, sweet dill pickles, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, onion powder and fresh dill. This dinner was all about fresh dill that I had a lot in the refrigerator and wanted t use as much as possible. The fish was absolutely delicious!
The side was Brussels sprouts according to J's request. We always like this dish. It didn't help me use dill but did help me use some of parsley that I also had a lot in the refrigerator.
