Chirashi Sushi in Kobe, Japan

This was Chirashi sushi at the sushi bar in the hotel in Kobe, Japan, where my brother's wedding was held.

It was the day before the big day when he, my parents and I had a sushi dinner together. My Chirashi sushi was amazing. Yes, amazing! I wished J could join us! 

Chirashi sushi included a dessert - a warm sweeten red bean soup (Zenzai) with soft rice cake balls (Shiratama dango). I was in heaven...
