Lentil Soup & Egg Salad Canapé

This was Lentil Soup.

As usual, it's a hearty vegetable soup that I can throw various vegetables in hand into the soup. A difference is lentil. I used French green lentils, or lentilles du Puy for the first time. I liked the new lentils as well as red or brown lentils I had before.

I also made Egg Salad Canapé by using J's crackers. I could bake a fresh bread or fix a bowl of salad, but this was somewhere middle between them I thought.
