Fresh Spinach Linguine with Clam & Shiitake Mushroom in Champagne Sauce

This was fresh spinach Linguine with clam and organic Shiitake mushroom in Champagne sauce.

We found this beautiful emerald pasta at an organic grocery store. It was perfect for a springtime dinner.
We always enjoy pasta with clam in simple garlic-white wine sauce with/without mushroom. The same grocery store had cute organic mushrooms, so we bought some. We used Champagne instead of white wine. Special ingredients for special pasta dish. It turned out wonderfully well!
