J's Western Sandwich, again

This was J's Western Sandwich, again!

With our favorite homemade classic white sandwich bread, it was the time for a special breakfast by J.

J has his own strategy to perfectly cook egg in the hole of bread. It worked! The egg was beautifully soft and the bread was buttery pan-fried. What a happy morning it was!
