Tofu Gomoku Ankake with Crispy Noodles
This is Tofu Gomoku Ankake with crispy noodles.
It was my made-up dish that sauteed Tofu and vegetables in savory thicken soup. Gomoku means five ingredients. In this case, five vegetables: Hakusai (nappa cabbage), Enoki mushroom, dried Shitake mushroom, carrot, and green onion. This dish could be served with rice. Instead, I bought a can of crispy noodles that J liked before. In fact, J added more noodles on the bowl like this.
This is a nice way to eat a lot of vegetables. One bowl contained half a whole Hakusai!
