Homemade Baked Falafel

My first baked falafel in England! I have my own recipe for baked falafel. I followed the recipe but skipped sea salt. Gathering all ingredients was easy. The food processor that I have bought recently worked well. I confirmed that making baked falafel in England was quite easy. Making a tahini sauce (commercial tahini + roasted garlic +lemon juice + water) was no problem, too!

Meanwhile, I had a difficulty to find pita bread. There are some in M&S and Waitrose, but they were too small or too thin to cut and open to make a big and secure pocket. I gave up getting pita and started finding large flat bread instead. Of course, I didn't expect that I could find something like what we used to buy at a Middle-Eastern grocery store in Virginia, the US. Well, there weren't many options, but those made in Italy somehow looked ok.

The Italian flatbread worked well and tasted ok. I would like to find alternative, though. The dinner was light and healthy. Overall I was happy with the result.
