Rainbow Veggie Tonkotsu Ramen

This time I chose only veggie for toppings on Ramen. No chicken balls or roasted pork. Because the soup was very rich, any meaty things weren't needed in the bowl. Veggie toppings will be our standard for ramen at home. I hope J agree with me!
